1. What is included in the rental prices?

The prices include full insurance (F.D.W.) with reduced excess, taxes and VAT, unlimited kilometers, 24-hour roadside assistance, as well as an additional driver without hidden fees.

2. Do I need a credit card for the rental?

No, a credit card is not required to rent a vehicle.

3. What is the minimum and maximum rental duration?

The minimum rental duration is one day, and the maximum is 30 days. For rentals over 30 days, you can contact us for a quote.

4. Can i cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation anytime without a fee.

You can cancel your reservation directly through the booking system simply by entering your email and booking number.

5. What happens if I return the vehicle late?

If the delay exceeds one hour, you will be charged for an additional rental day.

6. What is the Fuel Policy?

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it had when picked up (same to same). If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, you will be charged the difference.

7. Is there an extra charge for additional drivers?

The first additional driver is free. For every extra driver there is a charge of 4€ per day.

8. What is the age limit for renting a vehicle?

The minimum age for renting a car is 20 years old, and for Scooters or ATVs, it ranges from 17 to 19 years old, depending on the type. The maximum age limit is 75 years old.

9. Are the vehicles covered by insurance?

Yes, there is full insurance with zero excess for all the cars There is also a premium insurance option for additional coverage, such as wheels and windows.

10. What happens in case of an accident?

In the event of an accident, you must immediately notify the company and the police. Damages caused by violations of the Traffic Code or driving under the influence of alcohol are not covered by insurance.

11. Will i receive the exact model i booked?

Reservations are based on the vehicle category, not a specific model. The company will make every effort to provide the vehicle you selected. If that model is unavailable, you will be offered a similar or higher category vehicle at no extra charge.

12. What license do I need to drive a Scooter?

To drive a 50cc Scooter, you need a B, AM, A1, A2, or A category license. For Scooters 125cc and above, an A1, A2 or A category license is required. Make sure you have the appropriate license for the vehicle’s engine capacity.

13. Can I take the vehicle outside Zakynthos?

Scooter and ATV transport outside Zakynthos is prohibited. Cars may be taken off the island only with prior notice to the company, and there is an additional charge of €15 per day.

14. Is payment in advance required for car rentals in Zakynthos?

Levantino Rentals does not require payment in advance for renting a car in Zakynthos.

15. Do you require a deposit for car rentals in Zakynthos?

No, Levantino Rentals does not require a deposit from you for car rentals in Zakynthos.

16. How will I collect my car at Zakynthos Airport?

One of our representatives will meet you at the arrival area holding a sign that says “Levantino Rentals.”
